This 1922 Tudor estate received a major overhaul that stayed true to the original designed intent, but was updated with modern appliances and luxurious, but sustainable finishes. The client’s bathroom utilized custom FSC certified Brazilian Cherry cabinetry, marble slab wainscoting and a custom marble mosaic border. The custom vanity has beautifully detailed nickel feet, a marble countertop, polished nickel faucet and custom nickel knobs. The wardrobe cabinetry is custom fitted for the client’s clothing and accessories. A new lower level kitchen will be used for entertaining and catered events. Designed to function as a full kitchen, this 9’x6’5” space utilized every available square inch, with storage to spare.
