Drummond House

This 1913 Chevy Chase foursquare was completely restored under the guidance of the Maryland Historical Trust. Though the restoration had to meet strict guidelines, the interior was modernized to meet the needs of the current owners. The exterior paint colors reflect an historic palette of gray greens and cream while the interior color scheme is composed of warm subtle neutrals. The dining room showcases original wainscot paneling and pocket doors, and a fireplace with handcrafted artisan tile specific to the period. Original molding was restored throughout the house.
