Sumner Village Condo One

This 1969 Bethesda condo community has provided tranquil, quiet condo living for many years. With only one 1990’s refurbishment since the initial build out, the residents were ready for a new look for their mail vestibule, entry lobby and corridors. Our design provided a sophisticated yet welcoming aesthetic. This lobby/elevator lobby design pays homage to the rustic nature of the community as well as the mid-century architecture. An updated lobby entry and corridors welcomes residents and guests and adds to their property values.
