The Towers

The mail rooms and breezeways of this 1960’s condominium were in need of a face lift. The residents include a wide ranging demographic so Elise Moore Design opted for an aesthetic that would marry both the clean modern lines of the architecture and the traditional motifs loved by so many in the building. The breezeways look out on the gorgeous campus and also include natural plantings on the inside. The sophisticated, organic pattern of both the wall cover and the carpet in the breezeway speaks to the view beyond. Custom seating in the mail room allows residents a place to sit and check their mail before heading out to the Lobby. New custom designed wall cover in the Lobby alcoves uses digital images 1880’s antique maps of Washington DC, New York City and Philadelphia applied to a textured wall cover.
